If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Sale, discounted, or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Process

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, ship the product back to our address (shipping cost borne by customer unless faulty).
4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item
