🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Accessories or hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable.

3. Process

  • Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, ship the product back to our address (shipping cost borne by customer unless faulty).

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours for a replacement or full refund.
